Goloka School is run by Confident Sage Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07180625), whose registered office is 25-29 Sandy Way, Yeadon, Leeds, England, LS19 7EW. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Confident Sage Limited, trading as Goloka School. “You” means the parent or guardian who signs up.
You can reach us any time at admin@goloka.school.
Goloka School is a yearly membership. When you join, you and the children you enrol get access to our Krishna-conscious curriculum, lessons, activities, worksheets and guidance for parents.
Your membership starts the day you join.It begins with your onboarding resources: your child's placement assessment, the parent guides to read and settle into, and live sessions with us. The full weekly lessons and activities open in September 2026, and are released over the year from there. We'll email you the moment they're ready.
You pay once a year, in your own currency, for each child you enrol. The price you see on the join page is the price you pay.
Your membership renews automatically each year on the same date you first joined, using the same payment method, until you cancel. We will always send you a reminder before it renews, so a renewal never comes as a surprise.
Because this is digital content, your family gets access as soon as you join, starting with your onboarding resources (your child's placement assessment, the parent guides and live sessions), with the weekly lessons opening in September 2026. When you tick the box at checkout, you're asking us to start your access immediately, and you understand that this means you give up the usual 14-day “change your mind” refund right that normally applies to online purchases. This is normal for digital memberships, it's the same reason you can't return a film once you've watched it.
You can add a child at any time. We'll charge a fair, pro-rated amount for the rest of your current year, and the new child will renew together with the rest of your family on your usual renewal date, so you always have one membership and one renewal date.
If a child leaves part-way through the year, your membership for that year stays as it is, the year you've paid for is yours to keep. You can lower the number of children at your next renewal.
You can cancel your whole membership any time by emailing admin@goloka.school. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the year you've already paid for. We don't give refunds for the part of the year that's left, because you still have full access during that time.
When you join, we give you a personal licence to use our materials with the children in your own household.
You can:view, download and print our lessons, workbooks and resources for your own family's use, fully, and as often as you like.
You can't:share, copy, sell or give away our materials to anyone outside your household. That includes posting them online, sending them to friends, using them in a group or class you charge for, or using them to build your own products or courses. You also can't use our materials to train AI systems.
Everything we make stays our property. Your licence is personal to you, can't be passed on, and ends if your membership ends or if these terms are broken.
If you run a homeschool group or a school and would like to use our materials with more than one family, please get in touch, we'd love to talk about a group licence.
We ask that you use Goloka School kindly and honestly, and that you don't try to break, copy or misuse the platform. We may pause or end a membership that's being misused, or that breaks these terms.
We work hard to make our materials good and to keep the platform running, but we can't promise it will always be perfect or never have a hiccup. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for losses that we couldn't reasonably have expected. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law says it can't be limited.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make an important change, we'll let you know. Carrying on with your membership means you're happy with the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, though if you live elsewhere, you may also have rights under your own country's law.
We're real people and we're glad to help. Email us at admin@goloka.school.
